Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and CherryIT, a company registered in Serbia ("we", "us"), for the use of Crewio, our CRM for teams who sell on Telegram. By creating an account or using Crewio you accept these terms.

1. The service

Crewio is a CRM with a Telegram account mirror, campaigns, automations, meetings, reporting, an AI assistant and a hosted MCP server. It is available through the web app at app.crewio.xyz, inside Telegram, and over MCP. We may improve or change features over time; if we remove something material, we will tell you first.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You need an account to use Crewio, and your data lives in a workspace. Keep your credentials safe: everything done through your account counts as done by you. Workspace owners control who joins their workspace and are responsible for their team's use of it.

3. Your Telegram account

The Telegram mirror connects to Telegram with your own account, through Telegram's official MTProto protocol, in the same way one of your devices would. By connecting an account you confirm that it is yours (or that you have the owner's permission) and you accept that Telegram's own terms continue to apply to it.

Automated activity on Telegram carries risk. Crewio paces sends, applies daily caps and pauses automatically on Telegram warning signals, but we cannot guarantee that Telegram will never limit or ban an account. You use the mirror and campaigns at your own risk, and you can revoke Crewio's session from Telegram's settings at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Crewio to:

  • send bulk or automated messages to people who have no prior conversation with you (cold outreach, scraped lists, purchased lists);
  • send spam, scams, or anything unlawful in your country or the recipient's;
  • violate Telegram's terms of service or another platform's terms;
  • upload malicious code, probe our systems, or disrupt the service for others;
  • resell or white-label Crewio without a written agreement with us.

Campaigns are built for people you already talk to. We may suspend accounts that use them against strangers.

5. Your data

The content in your workspace (contacts, companies, deals, notes, mirrored conversations) is yours. You give us the limited rights needed to store and process it so the service can work, and nothing more. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. When you delete your workspace, its data is deleted with it.

6. AI features

The assistant and the MCP server act on your workspace based on the instructions you or your agents give them, and their output can be wrong. Review what matters before you rely on it. You are responsible for actions taken in your workspace through your MCP token.

7. Billing

Paid plans are billed per workspace, monthly or annually. Our checkout and billing are operated by Paddle as merchant of record: Paddle handles payment, invoicing and applicable taxes, and their buyer terms apply to the purchase itself. Trials are free for 14 days and need no card. You can cancel any time; your plan then runs until the end of the paid period. If we change prices, the change applies from your next renewal and we will tell you in advance.

8. Termination

You can delete your workspace at any moment, which deletes its data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, and we will say why unless the law prevents us. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as limitations of liability) survive it.

9. Warranty and liability

Crewio is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for actions Telegram takes against your account, or for indirect damages such as lost profits.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia.
