Do I have to use Telegram to use Crewio?
No. Crewio is a complete CRM on its own: the web app, the automation engine, reports and the AI all work without Telegram. The Telegram mirror is what makes it special if that's where your customers are, but it's optional.
Can I run Crewio without opening the UI at all?
Yes, and it's a first-class way to use it. Talk to the assistant bot inside Telegram in plain language, or point Claude, Cursor or your own agent at our hosted MCP server and drive the entire CRM headlessly.
What's in the free trial?
14 days on the full plan, no credit card required. Your trial runs on a real plan so you can evaluate everything, then pick Starter or Pro when you're ready.
What are automation run packs?
Each automation that fires counts as a run. Starter includes 500 runs a month and Pro 2,000; if your workflows get heavier, top up with a pack instead of jumping to a bigger plan: 500 runs for $10, 2,500 for $40, 10,000 for $120.
How are extra Telegram accounts priced?
Every member includes one mirrored Telegram account. Need more connected, like a rep with a second number? Extra accounts are $10/account/mo, no plan upgrade needed.
